- Property & Motor vehicle Valuation
Immensity Holdings provides Valuation Service to
ensure that you are fully appraised on the current
market value of your premises to enable you make
informed decisions on future plans with your investment.
We have four valuers registered with the Institute of
Surveyors of Kenya, we can handle standardized and more
complex commercial and residential valuations throughout
all the 47 counties.
- Property & Site Acquisition
Immensity Holdings has the capacity to provide clients with
Site acquisition/Identification services to acquire the ideal
site/location for their investments. We have over seven years
experience in this field and have worked for big clients
such as Safaricom site acquisition and fibre optic projects,
Ericsson, Huawei, orange and a number of Embassies.
We have acquired over 1000 sites in over twenty counties
and we can easily say we have the expertise when it comes to
acquisitions. Our team can acquire land and commercial
building in a short span of time.
- Environmental Impact Assessment
Our team can acquire land and commercial
building in a short span of time. We also have an In-house
team that specializes in Environmental Impact Assessment
and Audit which is a requirement by NEMA before any
construction can begin on a site. We can assess a site and
give a comprehensive report that will enable our clients to
get their approvals.
- Project Financial Analysis
Financial appraisal can be provided either as part of
the feasibility study or separately depending on the
clients needs. We analyze the costs of undertaking a
project taking into consideration all possible factors
that will affect the project and evaluate the viability
of the project by calculating the Return on Investment
(ROI),Return on Equity (ROE) and payback periods.
