The company is involved in commercial and residential agency, relocations, feasibility studies, client-centric site and property acquisitions, valuations, project management and property management consultancy services. The company offers services in all aspects of site acquisition including site search, legal documentation and statutory approvals.

Meet the Lead Team

Faith Mwaura

Faith Mwaura is a Passionate Award Winning Entrepreneur with a keen interest in developing superior and affordable housing and communities. She has over ten years experience in Real Estate and is very deliberate about adding value, mentorship, nurturing the environment through a tree planting initiative named Miti Millioni that has been involved in tree planting activities across the country, making meaningful relationships and traveling the world. She is also involved in a number of volunteer programs in her community involving school children. She is a graduate student at Heriot Watt University Scotland studying Msc. Real Estate Management and Development and is also a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing and Business Management from Daystar University.
Together with her team she runs Immensity Holdings a Real Estate company in Kenya with two main business lines Nanyuki Oasis a premier controlled gated community in Nanyuki and development of affordable housing. The company also provides personalized Real Estate investment solutions to Kenyans living in the country and those in the Diaspora. Faith is committed to continually grow her business and use it to make a positive impact in her industry through the use of innovative technology to construct affordable superior housing among other solutions in Kenya.
She is a Young African Leadership Initiative Fellow (YALI) and a member of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a committee member of Kenya Property Developers Association and a board member of CFACH an NGO that is provides free heart surgeries for children from poor economic backgrounds in Kenya.

Susan Nyariara

Susan is a graduate of the University of Nairobi in Environmental science. She has experience in Environmental Impact Assessments, property acquisitions, value chain addition including liaising with various county administrative offices, NEMA and lands office to ensure that the administrative part of our reports, proposals studies and are excellently prepared. She has been with the team since inception and is a valuable member. She also has wide experience is sales, client satisfaction and business management. She has previously worked with other Real Estate firms, NEMA, KCB and understands Real Estate transactions very well. She is a burst of energy, hardworking, very precise on paperwork and loves the field work. She is a good resource when it comes to creating strategic relationships with other industry players, service providers and also recruitment. On more than one occasion she is everyone’s go to person in the office.

Gregory Limbe

Gregory is a graduate of University of Nairobi with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Microbiology and Bio Technology. Gregory has an extensive background in sales and marketing with 5 years’ experience at managerial level. He is a dynamic agent who prides himself in integrating various technology platforms such as the RE/MAX Kenya specialized real estate tech tools and social media marketing to serve your real estate needs. He has scooped awards for agent of the month and for best use in technology and digital trends. He is an expert in commercial and retail real estate and seeks to ensyre his clients are satisfied with his attention to fine details and professionalism.

Gathua Miricho

Gathua Miricho handles all our Communication platforms. He is the face behind the witty social media posts and our bi-monthly newsletters. A Daystar University alumnus, Gathua worked as journalist for various local stations before he joined us. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Communication at the same institution. He is an avid reader is a nature lover and enjoys the outdoors.

Evans Maingi

Evans Maingi is a graduate at Kenya Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Finance option. He is passionate and hardworking and has been in the Real Estate industry for over five years. His strength lies in sales and closing business for the company, he makes sure he understands his Customer needs and is always formulating sales strategies aimed at generating revenue. His background of finance gives him a better position to advice clients especially when it comes to matters Real Estate Investment.

Charlotte Mumbi

Charlotte Mumbi Charlotte is a naturally born leader as her leadership skills are always portrayed in everything she does. She is in charge of sales administration to ensure that the sales process is seamless from the moment contact is made with clients to the time they receive their Title Deeds. She has vast experience in office support roles including preparing monthly reports and expense budgets, along with the ability to ensure everything operates within set timelines. She has previously held this role in other leading organizations.

The marketing cost is borne by the developer/ property owner. Some of the services you will receive include but not limited to;

  • Share your project with all the agents on our team.

  • Enter your project on MLS.com which automatically lists on other platforms around the world including Realtor, Zillow, AOL, Google homes, Yahoo homes.
  • Organize for International and Local expos
  • Market your project to the African Diaspora through our RE/MAX Affiliate
  • Communicate with you at least twice per month.
  • Promptly advise you of changes in the market place.
  • Present a personalized marketing proposal to you and assist you in evaluating it
  • Monitor progress toward closing, when a contract is accepted.
  • Immediately advise you of events that may threaten closing.
  • Monitor the buyers’ loan approval.
  • Stay in contact with the buyer until handover
  • Be present at closing to ensure a successful conclusion
